Someone please help me, this is my last chance at fising my problem.
To start off, I just completed a fresh, clean reaintallation of windows XP on my Dell Dimension 3000. Everything went as planned, no problems arised until I put the Sonic Cineplayer reinstallation sowtware CD dell sent me. It said that i needed MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORKS 1.1 or newer to isntall. I asked myself why this could be, and I went ahead and installed .Netframeworks 2.0, which is newer than 1.1. After I installed Frameworks, i went ahead and put the CD in the DVD drive and it still told me that I needed to have Net Frameworks 1.1 or newer? Why could this be? I DO HAVE frameworks installed? PLease someone help me, I need to have my computer working a soon as possible, I have a Mayor project to do at work. PLease someone help me, everyone on the other websites never help. Do I need to update any drivers? something? If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!!

My best regards

1. You have posted in the wrong forum.
2. What version of Sonic Cineplayer are you trying to install?

1. Make sure you not entering "O" for "0", similarly "S" for "5" etc.
2. You can go to www.findmyorder.com/roxio and enter the order no for both number and password and verify the code that you are entering.
3. You issue is no way similar to OP.

1. Try removing all versions of .Net from your systems
2. Then install .Net 1.1
3. Now try installing CP.

I am having this problem also. I recently downloaded this product and installed it with no problem except it would not take the ID code (18 digits) provided. I know about the zero instead of letter O and still it does not work. I included the dash between each grouping of numbers, made sure I used capital letters also and still I'm getting invalid ID code. When I went online to ROXIO and entered my ID I got "Invalid ID".
