Yes, yes I konw that this forun is for Mac but I did not find where to put my topic, so please excuse me. I know you guys could still help. Here's the problem. The program I brought has that it's compatible with Vista®, so I install the program but when I go ahead to crunch a video for iPod® the button on the top right hand side only shows up with save as......  once you click on it it just save a folder but it does not crunch anything.  The option of convert button just does not show up.  So what am I doing wrong?  What really happens once I hit the save as button?  Does it take long to convert and no pop-up window shows up? Oh almost forgot..... the itunes window pops up and nothing else. Please advise. Thank you very much. Take care.
