Error Message Roxio stopped working

I keep getting the message Roxio stopped working
I use windows vista on a dell laptopcan anyone help

what app are you running?

what fersion do you have?

is it a commercial version or a Dell pre-installed one?

I had to install it myself the disc came with the laptop

Then you need to go to the laptop computer manufacturer's website for support. Unless, of course, you paid extra for the full version of EMC 9.

Usually computer manufacturers are the first to know of problems with the software that they include with the computers and post solutions on their website Support.
