Hi All,

I've just recently acquired Popcorn 3 (.0.2) and am converting dvd's I have burnt from my camcorder, and a few non encrypted dvd's. I notice that in the popcorn interface they display as widescreen (if I go into custom etc) but the final video is and plays as streched 4:3. I'm using a turbo.264, but it happens with or without.

If i convert the video using quicktime pro and the turbo.264, it comes out right, so I think it's related to popcorn 3 somehow.

Any thoughts?

Hey Roxio, you ever look at your discussion boards? I also logged a support ticket over a week ago and haven't heard back.

Obviously this product is crap, and I'm going to ask for a refund if I can't get it sorted in the next few days.

Disappointed.
