Hi, I have recently bought the latest version of Popcorn 3.  I have some avi files (approx 700-800 mb) which I am trying to convert to an Apple TV format (1280 x 720).  For some reason the files are only coming out at anywhere from 80-100 mb, and not actually playing.  I have tried adjusting all the settings, but it doesnt seem to be working.  I have lookied it up on the forum with no help, any advice?  Also for some reason it isnt allowing me to preview the movie in the settings screen where you choose your quality and actual video settings.  I have the latest updates.  I am using a MacBook wth 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4GB Ram.

What is the resolution and other specs of the AVI? Popcorn won't increase the resolution but it can decrease it for certain settings. So if it isn't already 1280 x 720 or larger Toast can't make it that big. Still, there is something clearly wrong with the result you're getting. Have you tried to export at the preset AppleTV setting?
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

I thought this software would work out but it hasn't !!!
Roxio has forgotten ALL ABOUT IT!!!
Try visualhub!
It works like a champ for my Apple TV and the developer is VERY active!
After this bugware I will NEVER waste time/money on Roxio products
FYI....
