Roxio Community
I have a new vista machine and bought this program and had the cd sent to me in the mail.
put it in and clicked and all i have is a setup menu...
it says please wait while setup loads.... 30 min later....nothing
Any ideas???

Try copying the contents of the installation disc to say desktop in a folder called Roxio BOT and then try installing from this folder by running setup.exe

NO luck...its just setting there saying setup loading.......
ive looked at roxio's support and called a number but no luck...tried online chat but that got old....
this starts setup on windows XP is this new product not Vista Compatable?
