Audio Problem

when i try to export my photoshows to my computer they always freeze up when they get to processing the audio for export. :(i did a uninstall,making sure i left no videos or pictures i made with photoshow 5 installed.

then reinstalled software,still having same audio problem.

windows vista home premium

2gb

ie8 beta 2

avast anti-virus

spybot

Try a test show of 10-15 new photos and one song. Try to export this.

 

If this works you may need to rename or remake the show.

 

If none of this helps you may have a specific error that is better suited for support.
