Hi Guys,
I have just upgraded from media 9 to media 10.  I ordered a hard copy and also a Extended Download Service as i wanted to download the sofeware today.  But the button is not there? Will it apear when they ship my disc? or do i need to do something...

Any one know?

It looks like there is something wrong with the service that Roxio uses for download distribution of their software.  Here is a post by someone having the same problem.  He wasn't so nice, in his post. smile.gif

V9 came out in sept 06, V10 in sept 07, V2009 (very confusing on Roxio's part really V11) in aug 08.

Are you sure you want version 10? Roxio has a 30 day return policy if you buy it from them.

God my self mixed up... just upgraded to the lastest one :-)

still cannot download it thought!  will have to wait for disc :-(
