In the help file included, it says:

Blu-ray-compliant video
DVDit Pro HD supports video with the following Blu-ray-compliant settings:
Codecs  MPEG-2: MP@HL and MP@ML
MPEG-4 AVC (elementary streams only): HP@4.1/4.0 and MP@4.1/4.0/3.2/3.1/3.0
SMPTE VC-1 (elementary streams only): AP@L3 and AP@L2
Max Bit Rate  40 Mbps
HD  1920 x 1080 x 59.94i, 50i
1920 x 1080 x 24p, 23.976p
1440 x 1080 x 59.94i, 50i
1440 x 1080 x 24p, 23.976p – AVC and VC-1 only
1280 x 720 x 59.94p, 50p, 24p, 23.976p
SD  720 x 480 x 59.94i
720 x 576 x 50i
Note: DVDit Pro HD will transcode the video that does not fit into one of the Blu-ray compliant resolution/frame rate combinations.

TWO QUESTIONS:
1) Does it mean, that 1920x1080x25p i snot supported, and will always have to be transcoded (which looses quality)?
2) What method is best for exporting the timeline in Avid Liquid 7 to a file, for import to DVDit? What settings are recommended? (The timeline content is 1080p/25fps)

Any clarifying comments are greatly appreciated!

Best regards, Daggie

1080p 25 is not a Blu-ray legal combination.  you would have to go with 1080i 25 or 720p 50.  not sure of Liquid's ability to output BD legal AVC and VC-1.  you can try, but you may have more luck with MPEG-2.
