When I add a movie (AVI format) to MyDVD or MyDVD Express, the video compresses by more than 50%, which results in a poor quality granualted video play.
Anything I can do to stop the compression.
I have the setting at HQ, and adjusted the "fit to disk" does not make much more than 2MB difference.
I figure, if a stop the compression, I stop the poor quality in MyDVD.
the quality is excellent with play in Media Player.

A avi video file will always be compressed when rendered to DVD compliant video usually by even more then 50%.
