Trojans & malware in purchased CD and no response from Roxio support...customer service or tech. They even deleted my tickets or messages??? What kind of crap is this? I'll never buy another Sonic/Roxio product!

I need a new CD or a download replacement that doesn't have malware & trojans...This is the last "stupid/useless" message I got from them:

A Roxio Agent has responded to your ticket! (# 602418)

Issue

You need a replacement installer because of:


Deletion: You have deleted your downloaded copy of Roxio software.
Loss: You have lost your installer disc our download.
Corruption: Your installer disc or the installer file you downloaded is corrupt and is non-responsive.

Resolution

Can you give an example of the Malware or Trojans you found on the CD which you apparently did not even get from Roxio but from Staples, according to your other rant.

No software CD from Roxio contains malware or Trojans
