What happens if you try a 256 or 348 encoded file?

where is the AC3 being generated from? the only instance I have seen of this came out of Pro Tools. all other AC3 I have seen is fine. In fact I used a trial version of AC3Tools to demux the Pro Tools AC3 into elementary WAV files and then recompact it into a multi-channel AC3 file. the resulting file imported and passed through just fine.

Thanks a lot!!!
I used the AC3Tools Pro program to demux and compile the AC3
and now DVDit accepts the AC3 file and I can start building the Blu Ray
Th audio studio made the AC3 with Nuendo by the way
a couple of months ago we also made a BluRay with a 5.1 ac3 file and then it didn't crash
greetings Gertjan
