Write Disc Failure

Hi I have downloaded and installed v6.4, but when I`m burning, writing volume or disc image this error message is poping up.

Error :

The disc burning process was interrupted either because of an error or because it was cancelled.

To avoid losing your project click the " try again button .........


I have unistalled the program and installed it on another computer, but its the same.

Please help me  huh.gif

can you provide more information on the project and the asset used you tried to burn?

The asset in my project is with these settings:

MPEG 2 HD 1920x1080i

Generic ISO MPEG stream
MPEG-2 Elementary Stream
Width 1920
Height 1080
29.975 Frame Rate NTSC
Upper/Top Field First
16x9
High Quality Encoding
Use Closed GOP (checked)
CBR
1 pass
18300 bitrate (you can play around with this)
Prolile/Level MP@HL
Intra DC Precision 9
Use Strict GOP bitrate control (checked)
Use Audio if Exist
Audio Stream Type
448kB/s 48Khz

I think this is a lega setting ?

I have used other mpeg`s, but same erre apears mad.gif

Did you get an answer or figure out what is causing this error? I'm getting the same thing. I tried restarting the program, restarting the PC, and writing the volume to another hard drive.
