I cannot get the Plaxo service to import addresses into the address field to send a Photoshow. The Plaxo window opens, I log in to see my address book, check the addresses I want to send photoshows to, hit the next button, and the the button "flashes" NEXT and will continue to do so forever - nothing else happens and addresses are not imported. Can anyone help with this. I have sent a "ticket" to Roxio a few weeks back and have yet to get a response. Have also tried the online help, but they were basically clueless.

I am using the Roxio Online line version, running on a Mac. Have also tried to do the same running on a windows PC with the same result. I am also a bit concerned with the competency of your people running the "online chat help". When I went there today and explained my problem, and told them I was using the Roxio Online Photoshow on my Mac, the person told me that the online version was not Max compatible - think he was a but embarrassed when I corrected him, and we got mysteriously disconnected.

The desktop application is not Mac compatible. You can still use the online services on a Mac. There may have been some confusion in the conversation.
Try to clear you browser's cache and make sure you have the latest version of flash. Also, try the same steps on another browser. Internet Explorer and Firefox work well.
