Hi all,
Just wondering why all of a sudden I am having to do "repair"
EMC 10 Suite nearly once a week...I haven't altered anything in the Pc 2 wink.gif
and I have for some reason lost the Welcome page...
since the last repair, 2 days ago!!!
Anybody any idea..

Install any new software?  Run any updates (Windows)?  Run a spyware/malware scan?  While v10 is more robust than previous versions, scans have been known to cause some problems as have virus updates.

Why do you regularly need a repair, and how do you repair it?

Apart from the things Paul mentioned, do you use a registry cleaner at all?

I blame it all on Global Warming / Global Cooling / Global Staying the Same  [pick one]

Come to think about it
There were some HP updates and Windows..
and as well did un update on Norton 360...
Thanks again..
EMC 10...although everything is in working order.

Yes because EMC 10 stopped working getting error message VW has stopped working..
and once I have done repair thru Programs and Features....it works ok..
Did recent RegCure but did not clean registry...

Thank you. This failure is not the one I know about, but I needed to check. I'm afraid I can't help you with this one at present. sad.gif

Much appreciated...still no Welcome page though
but since repair I have done a couple projects which include slides and mpeg's
and burn iso's with no problems....
