I am making some dvds for sale. Is there a way to make them so that they can not be copied. I am using toast 7 titanium

Are these Data DVD or Video DVD you are referring to?

What makes you think you could do with off-the-shelf software, what the major studios haven't been able to do, despite billion dollar budgets?If you want CSS encryption on your discs (like movie DVDs from the major studios), then you'll have to let a DVD Disc Replicator house make pre-recorded silver discs with CSS, which requires a high volume and a hefty additional fee for the CSS license. But, as indicated above, it does not provide 100% copy-protection.
A better way would be to sell the DVDs with a nice case and booklet, so that the whole original package is more desirable than a copy.
