I know it is possible to add a data file to an mpg3 music CD. Is it possible to add a data file to a music DVD made with Music Disc Creator? If yes how? I have to much text and cannot fit all onto the menus. Thank you.

Not as far as I know.
When you make a Music DVD what you're really making is a movie with only music and menus,no movie.
As far as I know there is no way to make a mixed or enhanced Music DVD.

A left handed approach to this would be to use the Data – Copy, Burn Data Disc program.
You would copy the VIDEO_TS folder from your Music DVD disc then add whatever data folders you want to include.
Under Options, choose the ISO+Joliet+UDF File System and it will burn a compliant DVD Movie.
(yes I am left handed...)
Likewise you should be able to use Video Copy & Convert.
Create a New Folder on your HD. To that folder add the VIDEO_TS folder from your Music DVD then the data folder of your choice. VCC will burn everything in that folder to disc.
I have not tested either of these with a Music DVD but use both with DVD Movies often.
