I just bought Toast version 9 (download)
When I enter the key I have been given into Toast Setup Assistant, it says:
"This is an upgrade version of toast 9 titanium and requires a prior version of Toast Titanium...
No eligible prior versions were found on your computer.
Please enter a product key from one of these eligible products to continue"
The continue button is greyed out and cannot be enabled.
I don't have a prior version.
What do I need to do to get Toast 9 working?
Any ideas?

This will generally happen if you have purchased an upgrade version of Toast. However, try going to the software update page for Toast and try the updated version 9.0.2
