Hello everyone.

I've just tried to convert a DVD into a quicktime movie and there are loads of scenes missing. The DVD was burned on a pro burner at a post production house and I've successfully converted using a different software on a friends machine. So the DVD is ok.

Does anyone know why this is? Am I doing something wrong or is Toast a bit fussy about burned DVD's. A bit annoying as it's precisely why I bought it.

1. Confirm you are using Toast 9.0.2 if not update from here
2. Ensure you are using Media Browser to access the source DVD and not dragging the video contents from mounted DVD.
