I upgraded to XP Home to SP3 after I hard to reformat my hard drive. Went to reload EM Creator 8. It would load to a point, then got an error ( don't remember the #). It did a roll back than quit. Any ideas?

Use the clean install process below to remove anything that may still be left on your pc, then try the install again. If you get an error, write it down so you can post exactly what it is. That's the only way anybody can really try to offer any other suggestions.Thanks
