Emulating Drive Hangs Roxio 10 drive emulator

I have Roxio 10 and can not create a emulated drive it keeps timing out have looked in the device manager and can not find it listed under storage controler. I used to have it but now I don't

Something changed - do a clean install if you really need it.

Does one show under tools- disc image loader?

If you are using it to view a video ISO file, use VLC (free) player.
