Hi

I notice that my PAL encoded videos created by emc10/viceowave/MyDvd do NOT play in Roxios CinePlayer. The sound can be heard but no video. The video plays normally as expected on a standard DVD player. Is there a solution to this problem?

Thank you

Kind regards

Peter

1. What kind of video card/chip do you have?
2. Try updating video card/chip drivers from mfg.

Turn off video acceleration in CinePlayer. I don't have it loaded so I can't give you complete process but use the wrench tool and you should find it. If that doesn't do it, go to Windows (XP) Control Panel and look for CinePlayer DVD Control options and turn it off there also. I'm not sure about Vista.
