I have installed a new and faster PC, and I also changed my email address.
I have tried to update my store purchased version but it says I have none registered and when I try to register it says it's already registered, what a messs. Can anyone help me with this problem. Again I spend a lot of time trying to get to someone at Roxio but with no luck.

Your store version of what product? If it is EMC 8, then open Creator Classic, click on Help, click on About, and look at the build number. If it starts with 805, then you have the latest update incorporated already.
