Using Mac OSX 10.5.5 and have had this problem with Toast 8 and now 9. When burning postscript fonts to CD with ISO 9660 designation, the fonts appear on burned CD as "exec" files with a size of 0 bytes. If I use burn to Mac & PC there is no problem with the fonts. I know I used to burn all CDs as ISO 9660 and didn't have the problem (it might have come with Toast 8 upgrade). Assume this is not normal. Thanks

In the ISO 9660 Settings tab, make sure to set the 'Use Apple Extensions' checkbox. This activates the addition to ISO 9660 from Apple that supports 'resource forks' and 'type and creator codes'. This would help the survival of Mac Postscript Type 1 fonts on CDs with the ISO 9660 file system.

That is the way it is set in the ISO 9660 window: Format is CD-ROM; Naming is Allow Macintosh Names; Use Apple Extensions is checke.
