How To Get A Refund For Useless Software MyDVD 10 premier download version

Hi,
I am a victim of Roxio . Can any one of you tell me the way of getting money back from them.


I have contacted to technical support several times about my problem I have received no answer yet. Plus they blocked my redownload which I bought extended download service, since their download counter can not count the complete successful downloads. So far I was able only one complete download which its application did not work properly. Therefore uninstalled it tried to make a new download. In the middle of 1.5GB download got frozen. When I tried again I got following message “Too many download attempts: 33. You were allowed to download only 15 times” This message was not correct because only one time in the past I was able to make a 1.5GB download. I am in nervous now for to make a new download even they permit me. Therefore I want to get my money back. And try to buy CD version by hoping it will work on my computer.
