I purchased Roxio Crunch as a download and I later received the program on CD, however, I cannot install it because it is not an executable file. The file that comes up in the folder is
Roxio Crunch.ESD.dmg. When I click on it to install it, Windows always prompts me that it cannot open it and that it needs to know what program I want to use to open it.

I thought I was buying the full program, but maybe that's not what they sent me. This has been sitting this way for months without being me being able to do anything with it. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Sounds like you accidentally purchase **Mac version** of Crunch. See if you can obtain a refund and purchase Windows version of the product.
