When I initiate a recording session, I see that CD Spin Doctor estimates that I have over 120 GB of free space for 1h 50m of recording.  Nearly 1 GB per minute seems rather large.  Is that an accurate estimate?  If not, how many MB per min of recording should I expect?

Thanks.

Spin Doctor can record an audio file up to a certain size in megabytes that is a limitation of the OS. If you select different recording settings you'll see the available file length change. The only time your hard drive size matters is if you are have less space available on the hard drive than the maximum allowable AIFF file size.

If you have CD quality selected you should see an available recording length of 3 hours 22 minutes. If that isn't what you're seeing then double check if the scratch file in preferences is set to a hard drive that is low on space.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
