If you have a question about how to copy or convert things using other Sonic/Roxio products, please go to the forum dealing with those products or the closest forum you can find.

For example, Video Copy and Convert 10 has the EMC 10 forums, Disc Copier 9 is the EMC 9 forum, and so on.
You are more likely to get an answer to your query there.
