Dear Sir/Madam,

I have just purchased Sonic DVD for Photo Story 3 and faced below problems:

1. In the screen "Save your story", I can just see the icon but cannot see the wording "Save your story to a DVD for playback on your home DVD player". When I click the icon, the screen "Completing Photo Story 3 for Windows" is shown, but again only icon is shown without the text description "Continue to save your story to a DVD for playback on your home DVD player". When I click the icon, there is no response.

Then, I have located the reason, if I install the program when the "Regional and Language Options - Advanced" setting is set to be NON "English (United States)", above problem occurs, is there any other ways to solve this?

2. Now, I have installed the program with locale "English (United States)", but when I try to export to DVD, error message "Sonic DVD cannot find the file. The file will not be included on your DVD." is shown, anyone can help?
