  I downloaded the dvd decoder onto my computer for playing dvds.  After dowloading the software from Roxio.com, I started receiving a "storm" sound every few minutes.  I removed the software from my computer and requested a refund.  However, the "storm sound" is still present.  What is this "storm" sound and how can I remove it from my computer?  Could it be a virus?  I ran several check-ups on my computer and all results showed "no virus".   I went to the microsoft website for downloading the dvd decoder but was "switched" to roxio.com...??????  Hopefull someone is familiar with this issue and can help me.
