Toast Doesn't Open - Mac

I downloaded Toast and it doesn't work. Then I received a response from Roxio to update all software and download the upgrade. I did that and it still doesn't open....at all.  I have a MAC 10.4. Technical support is useless.

what version of 10.4 you have? What version of Toast 9 you have?

You are not providing enough information

I have:
10.4.11
400MHz PowerPC G3
640MB SDRAM

I believe the system requirement is a G4 or later. If so, you should request a refund from Roxio.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
