Roxio Update Manager Suspended

Hi,

I'm having this problem with my notebook. Everytime when I install any software, I always get this error message:

Uninstall D2D from Control panel - it's not compatible with Vista (that has its own packet writing s/w anyway)

I've uninstalled Drag2Disc software and tried installing a software. but I still get the same error:



Since the error is on Roxio update manager, I tried to uninstall it but I get the following error:

Looks like you have a problem with Vista (windows installer service).
