No Audio

Have no sound am trying to upload movie picture is good but no sound do I have something set wrong.
I have creator 9

You will have to give the forum more information about your problem than you have so far. No way of telling if it's a hardware or software problem as we hve no information about eithe that you are using. Also what exact steps are you going through that creates the problem ??

You mentioned creator 9. Is it Easy Media Creator 9 or Roxio Creator 2009?

What is the source of the movie you are capturing from?

If you are using the Roxio Media Import to capture, do you have the audio preview enabled?

Ok have roxio video capture USB.  Open creator basic v9 click on capture video, select device to import video, start camra movie pops up on scean click on capture  seems to work fine but video has no audio.

I assume that there should be a comma, semi-colon or other in the above sentence - not to mention an "e".   smile.gif

What happens if you try to install Creator 2009?

Please post your computer specs.  XP or Vista ?

It will be a lot simpler and more fun for everyone if the posts contain more information than just short one-liners.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
