I'm looking for step by step instructions for editing Tivo programs pulled from a Tivo onto my Mac. I just want to extract a 2 minute clip, and this editor is not working at all. It's grayed out, so I have to Toast the program, and then I have to click on edit again, and then it takes me to this blurry, poorly designed viewer with the markers in it... and I can set markers, but then I can't do anything with the markers... I can't export or copy... it's INSANE design. Are there any Mac users that work at Roxio???
Any help would be appreciated from anyone at the boards - Roxio CSRs haven't been any help.
