I've installed ECM 8-created an Audio CD for car and home Cd player. It plays on the computer through Windows Media Player but does not play on a CD player or car Cd. I have uninstalled CVM 8-run Roxizap.exe followed by Windows Install Cleanup. Created another CD and the same thing happens. I find this terribly frustrating-wish I could return this version and get a refund.

Does anyone know how to correct or solve this problem. :)

You sure that you didn't make an mp3 disk?  If you explore one of the CD' that you made, do you see .CDA files?

It sounds like you made this from the Home app and hitting audio cd.Try going to your start menu, going to Roxio,Audio,Music Disc Creator and try creating it from there and see what happens.

What comes to my mid is, did you use a CD-RW disc? Most players cannot play those.
Or did you 'close' the disc during the burn process? If not, again most players cannot read it then.

Thank you-your suggestion worked. I added files that I had converted from mp3 to wma files and the Cd is playing perfectly. :)

You're welcome. For some reason alot of the apps you can start from your Start Menu work better than the ones started from the Home app, weird.
