Recomposing Dvd

(sorry my English ) hello to everyone,
I have a problem after burning files on two dvds
What should I do to reconstruct the original file?

If you used the Mac only or the Mac & PC format in the Data window to burn your DVDs, then Toast included a Roxio Restore application on the discs for putting the files back on your hard drive.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
