I am converting CD's to MP3's.  I enable the option to create subdirectories based on the artists/album name.  When I first used EM8, it would put the CD cover art in the folder thumbnail for each CD as it was converted, but it stopped doing that?  How do I get it to automatically add the coner art as a thumbnail?
