I used the Roxio 8 with my old computer with Window XP.
Now I bought a new computer with Window Vista and when I install to my new computer the following problem occurred:

This problem was caused by a compatibility issue between this version of Windows and this version of Sonic DLA.[b

I don't believe that Roxio 8 is certified for use with VISTA.

I shifted this message from the RedBox forum.

Easy Media Creator 8 is not listed as Vista compatible. You might be able to resolve the DLA problem with one of the patches listed in this pinned post from the version 9 forums, but NOTHING IS GUARANTEED.

When you change your operating system you have to accept that some of your earlier software [a lot of it in the case of Vista] won't work in the new Operating System. sad.gif
