This is our third upgrade of ROXIO.  Each time we upgrade we expect the program to run better.  The exact opposite has been our experience. Maybe the problem is us you know what they say about people who keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.

Here is the most recent problem.  When trying to burn a DVD of our vedio we call on "My DVD Express"  and get the dreaded error message "Roxio Wizard Module encountered a problem and needs to close with apologies".  We have read suggestions on the forum and have carefully completed a clean installation.  Unfortunately  ROXIO program was consistant and gave us the same error message after installation.

We are looking for suggestion that we can try before going back to Best Buy to purcase some that will work and is robust.
