When I attempt to playback a transfered tivo program using media player 11, I get the video with no audio. Under properties, the codecs listed are:
Sonic Cinemaster® Audio Decoder 4.3
Sonic Cinemaster® VideoDecoder 4.3
Another tivo program I transfered, plays back with both audio & video
MPEG Audio Decoder
Sonic Cinemaster® VideoDecoder 4.3
If I run Cineplayer and play both videos they are fine.
Details:
Windows Vista 64
Media Player 11
Roxio 10 installed
Tivo Desktop 2.6.2

If Cineplayer is playing back both Audio and Video and WMP11 isn't, that would suggest a problem with WMP not recognising the codecs

If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
