Problems With Roxio Media Manager

Hello

I installed a Blackberry's Desktop Manager Software and when I try to run Roxio Media Manager appear an error messages " not found layoutdll9.dll, please someone can to help me. ! Sorry my English !

Is that Roxio Media Manager part of Blackberry or did you have a version of a Roxio product before hand.  What Version?

Did you install when your anti-virus was active?
