Reboot To Use Record Now A Second Time

Hello.

Everytime I want to use RecordNow a second time, I have to restart the computer.

What can be this problem ?

Probably the program is not going out of the memory properly when you click to Close it.

This has happened with some other programs from time-to-time, and often the program was getting tangled up with an anti-virus program but I don't know what's doing it to your RecordNow.

If you press Ctrl-Alt-Del the Windows Task Manager will open, and you can see what processes and applications are running. You might be able to locate the tangled program and shut it down from there.

If you are using RecordNow and plan to use it again soon, perhaps you could just minimize it instead of trying to close it. Then when you want it again, just bring it up from the taskbar.
