How about some information on what you are trying to do, what program you are using?
While you are supplying that info you could perhaps also list you system specs

I am having the exact same problem. This is what I found out so far. First I am running the Digital Media LE 7v. I was making alot of copies of home dvd movies for family members when I got the message of needing 0kb. I went in and looked at my hard drive and noticed my hard drive was totally full. So I did a clean up and opened up some space. I copied another dvd and relooked at my hard drive I again noticed it was totally full. I went and delted pictures and old funny dowloaded videos along with some music I no longer listened to. This freed up alot of my hard drive. I went and copied 3 more moves and check my hard drive again and it is almost all used back up again. I checked in the information of the program and it said that it only made a temerary copy. WHAT DO I DO TO REFREE UP MY HARD DRIVE? WHY IS IT STORING IT ON MY COMPUTER? The only thing I know to do is take my computer in and have the hard drive erased.

Hello BBGannette,

Normally the temporary files stored on the hard drive are automatically deleted when you have finished copying your disc, as part of the basic housekeeping of the program.

Sometimes this breaks - I don't know why - and you need to periodically locate and delete the temporary files yourself.

This topic [click here] might help you do this.

You should be able to delete any .TMP files that you find in the location suggested in that topic. Just don't do it while you're running the software and copying something, since you might delete the 'current' temp files.

The topic also suggests the sort of names that the temporary files are likely to be using.
