sad.gif sad.gif  I have the problem with "Roxio VideoConvert has encountered a problem and needs to close." window every time ! I try to use it.

Reinstalled several times, same problem.

Self Built Computer
O.S. Win XP Pro Service Pack 3
MSI MS-7312
Award Bios
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+
3582 MB DDR2 Ram
DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
ATI All-In-Wonder 9600  AGP  128 MB

What are you trying to convert?  Are you using Video Copy and Convert?  

Try opening it from the Windows Start Programs menu.  Does it open?

When you did the reinstall, did you follow the instructions for the clean install here?

You do have your antivirus off when you are doing the installation - not just paused, right?

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
