Software was working fine and suddenly has stopped working with the above message. Windows requests to close the program.
Uninstalled & reinstalled, cleaned the registry and rebooted computer & still doesn't work.
It is installed on my laptop and works fine.
Anyone has and idea of why this problem?

Wow !
Tried to copy a movie for my Ipod on my laptop and the same thing happened
Find out it was the same dvd creating same problem on desktop.
Now I know the problem.... but why ??????
Someone has any idea???

What kind of DVD are you trying to copy? One you made or a commercial DVD?

Mme Spock hasn't answered the question she was asked back in November.
If you have the same problem, what kind of DVD are you trying to copy? One you made or a commercial DVD?
