Hi I have version 6.4 641B03A for Vista 64bit, just like to know if there are any updates out for it Patches ect, and if so where do you down load them from?
I have found that when you go to support/updates that they are for much older versions, any help on this subject would be great.
Cheers
Steve

For me, version 6,3 works better, 6,4 reencodes my readyencoded files sometimes , the old tale is " if it ainīt broke , donīt fix it  "    seems to be correct also in this case

Gentlemen,
I had DVDit PRO HD version 6.3 which works good on windows XP professional (Dell XPS 720). DVDit PRO HD ver 6.4 is my problem it won't work on my windows vista ultimate. I have been exhanging e-mails through Roxio support with ourt resolving the problem. After installing ver 6.4 into Vista (32 bit) the error pops up : internal software error: \win'Primo\primo_commad:ccp, line 125  -2" Have you guys ran into this issure before" Need help from you editors out there and I would appreciate it very much. Thank you

Did you ever get this resolved?  I get the same error on 6.3 on my Vista Ultimate machine and I have been going back and forth with technical support for weeks now.
