You can submit a webticket at http://selfserve.roxio.com or, if you don't specifically require a quick response, you can post a question in our "General Discussion" forum located here http://forums.suppor...hp?showforum=55.

If you choose to submit a webticket then please include a copy of your mytvtogo.log file. The mytvtogo.log file can be found in the following folder on your PC: My Documents\My Videos\MyTV ToGo Files\Support
