If MyTV ToGo is not finding your iPod then try these steps in order:
• Disconnect your iPod from your PC
• Close iTunes, MyTV ToGo and Media Center
• Connect your iPod to your PC and wait for iTunes to automatically launch
• Run MyTV ToGo (or Media Center)
• MyTV ToGo should display a picture of an iPod on the main MyTV ToGo screen
