I decided to buy this software based on what i read on Roxio's site and based on some reviews i've seen at sites like pcmag & others....
but i cannot believe i just spent 40 bucks for this, it has no extra features, no customizable output formats that i can choose (resolution, audio, bitrate, etc.)....what's that all about ?
so i can only use this software with the preset options available to encode my videos ?
i am very disappointed and feel this money i spent has gone to waste.

Did you buy the version for PC or for Mac? Did you buy as a download from Roxio's site? If so, they have a refund policy.
