Download Timing Out

I have tried many times to download the Toast 9.0.4 update, but it times out before completion. I use an IMac intel, OSX 10.0.5. My firewall is disabled.

What do I do now? Roxio support is no help.

Are you trying to download with Safari? I had the same problem but was successful first time around using Firefox.

If using "Netbarrier", follow the steps below..

1. Open NetBarrier
2. Switch off the data-secure function and allow Roxio to show your last visit internet site.

Thanks folks that worked! I killed off NetBarrier, downloaded the upgrade, and put NetBarrier back on. I wonder how many other DL issues I've had were related to that? In any event thanks all!
